Medium Roast

This coffee grows high in the mountains of Huehuetenango.  These volcanic-rich mountains allow us to create this smooth, rich coffee, making a truly lovely tasting cup. The lighter roasting allows this single origin Arabica bean to shine, presenting hints of milk chocolate and rounding off into a sweet orange finish. The acidity is mild and citrusy, making the overall cup well-balanced and absolutely delectable.
